The "Leaving and Learning Abroad" Programme
If you're unemployed, unexcited and unsure of your future, we
have something to get you going: The "Leaving and Learning Abroad"
Programme

Is it for people like me?
The "Leaving and Learning Abroad" Programme is for UK
residents aged 18-30 who are unemployed. Participation in this program
is absolutely free of charge.
What happens on the programme?
You will, among many other things:
be part of a team of 10 likeminded people
have an action-packed
preparation in the UK
get two weeks work experience abroad in
another European country
benefiting somebody who really needs it
- most likely abandoned orphans
a sightseeing tour around the
capital
traditional evenings and meals
exciting excursions

What's in it for me?
Practical skills
that help you in a job and in life
New friends and a lot of fun
Belief in what you can accomplish
Career advice and help with
job-hunting and your CV
The chance to make a difference to
somebody's life
An internationally recognised Europass Certificate (see below)
The overseas experience of a life time
Experience many cultural
events
Interesting trips
An insight into a totally different lifestyle
Experience the customs and traditions of the host countries

Europass Certificate
While you're on the
programme, you'll work towards an internationally recognised Europass
Certificate, this is to support
the reflection on the personal non-formal
learning process
the social recognition of your work, and
the
employability of young people like you.
This
will inevitably help your chances of finding work after the course is
over.
